    DID YOU EAT YOUR BREAKFAST TODAY??

    It's the most important meal of the day!!

     

    BE SURE TO DRINK ENOUGH WATER EVERY DAY!!

    A minimum of 64 ounces per day!!

     

    HAVE YOU BEEN GETTING ENOUGH SLEEP??

    Studies show that kids need at least 8 hours per night!!

     

    NOW THAT FLU SEASON IS APPROACHING, YOU CAN TAKE PRECAUTIONS TO PREVENT GETTING SICK!!

    1.  Wash hands frequently with hot soapy water.

    2.  Take vitamins daily or eat a balanced diet.

    3.  Get plenty of rest and exercise to keep your immune system healthy.
